Loyalty app upgrade
We are excited to announce that our loyalty app has undergone an upgrade to provide our valued customers with an even better experience.
To ensure the security of your account, we kindly ask you to log in again using your membership details. We have provided a guide below to help you move to the new app, depending on your specific scenario.
Scenario 1 - I know my email address & password
All you have to do is simply login using the email address and password you have for your existing membership. You will see your existing membership and current points balance upon successful login.
Scenario 2 - I remember the email address, but NOT my password. I still have access to this email
Tap on the link 'Forgot password?' on the login screen, enter your email address and tap the 'Send me an email' button. You will be sent a code allowing you to create a new password for your membership. You will see your existing membership and current points balance upon successful login.
Scenario 3 - I have forgotten the email address I use for my membership, or I no longer have access to the email
You will need to create a new membership via the 'Sign up' link. If you had a points balance with your previous membership, please contact us below and we will try to find your membership and transfer the points to your new membership.
